Hindustan Construction

Hindustan Construction operates out of unit 306 in Vashista Apartment. This is located in B K Reddy Colony, which is near the water tank in Hanumkonda, Warangal. It’s not a very big space, but it fits our desks and the cupboards where we keep our project drawings. Being near the water tank is helpful because it is the main landmark for everyone in Hanumkonda. We have been in this colony for many years and know most of our neighbors. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxed and not corporate at all. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to our site supervisors and suppliers. Sometimes we have meetings at the small table in the corner. It gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a good fan. We don't have any flashy signs outside. We just have our name on the door of the flat. It is an honest, local operation where we just focus on getting the building work finished on time. People usually just drop by if they have a question about a project. We like the convenience of being in a residential building because it feels more like a workspace for real people than a cold office. We just keep things moving every day.
