Our office is in Hyderabad, specifically at 502A, Lingapurhouse in Himayatnagar. B A S F India Ltd. is a large name, but here in this office, we are just a group of people handling the local side of things. It’s a typical office setup with computers and phones ringing all the time. Himayatnagar is a busy part of the city, so there’s always noise coming up from the street. We deal with a lot of industrial chemicals and products that go to different factories. Most of our day is spent coordinating between the warehouse and the customers who need their orders. It’s a lot of logistics and checking numbers to make sure nothing gets lost. We aren't the ones actually mixing the chemicals here; this is where the planning and the sales happen. The office is practical. We have our files, our desks, and a small area for tea. It gets quite hectic during the end of the month when we have to close the accounts. We’ve been at Lingapurhouse for a while, and it’s a familiar place for our regulars. We don't have any fancy displays in the lobby. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the supplies reach where they are supposed to go. It’s a steady routine for all of us. There is always someone at a desk trying to solve a shipping problem or answering a client.
