Harivillu Events

Harivillu Events is over in Mehdipatnam, right near Eshwar Theatre. If you’ve ever been to that part of Hyderabad, you know it’s always crowded and there’s always something going on with the crowds and the shops. We are right in the middle of all that noise. Our office is a practical space where we get our work done. It’s not decorated like a palace or anything; it’s just a place with desks and chairs and a lot of lists pinned to the walls. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like being close to the theatre because it’s such an easy landmark for people to find us. Usually, the air smells like the street food from nearby stalls, and you can hear the traffic and horns all day long. We don’t mind it. We do a lot of different event work, mostly helping people organize their celebrations around this part of town. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don’t have fancy titles or a big management structure. We just divide the work and get it done. Most of our clients are just regular families or local businesses from the Mehdipatnam area. We spend a lot of time checking on details and making sure we haven't forgotten anything important like the catering or the lights. It’s a lot of manual work and staying organized. Sometimes we’re out late at a venue and other times we’re just sitting in the office drinking chai and figuring out the next week’s schedule.
