Our room isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to get through the day. The building itself stays pretty busy with people coming and going from the other units. Being in Pune, the weather changes quite a bit, but inside Room 16, things stay pretty consistent. We’ve got our desks and our files, and that’s about it. There’s no big receptionist or waiting area here. Usually, the door is just open or someone is knocking to drop something off. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through paperwork. It's the kind of place where you know your neighbors by the sound of their footsteps in the hallway. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate park, just a solid building where people work hard. We like the local feel of the area. There’s a tea stall not far away where we usually end up talking about the day's work. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in our small corner of the building. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons but the fan helps a lot.
