Our clinic is tucked away in Film Nagar, right in that lane you see just before getting to the Apollo lane. Most people know it as Dr. YV Rao's place. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now, watching the neighborhood grow and change around us. It is a bit of a landmark for some, though to us, it’s just where we come every morning to help people with their hair issues. The street outside gets busy during the day, but inside it stays relatively calm. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller team here, and we mostly just focus on the task at hand. You won’t find any glossy brochures or fancy sales pitches when you walk in. Usually, someone is just sitting in the waiting area reading a newspaper or scrolling on their phone while they wait their turn. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If someone has a question about a procedure, we just tell them how it is without any fluff. It’s a practical way of doing things, and it seems to work for the folks who come to see us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the internet acts up, just like anywhere else in the city, but we manage. We just want to make sure the person sitting in the chair gets what they came for. It's just a regular local business doing its thing day after day.
