Gvn Constructions

Gvn Constructions is situated in Flat No-Dh1 of Gaddam Residency. This is on Plot No-595 and 596 in the Ayyappa Society area of Madhapur. It’s a very active part of Ranga Reddy Dist, and you can see new buildings going up all over the place. Our office is basically an apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It makes the whole environment feel more relaxed and less like a cold corporate office. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and the main area is where we keep all the project files and blueprints. There’s always someone coming in or out with some plans. Ayyappa Society can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but we like it here. It’s close to everything we need. We usually have lunch together in the kitchen area, which is a nice break from the screens. The building itself is well-maintained, and the neighbors are mostly quiet. We don’t have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look for the residency name. It’s a simple way of working. We just focus on the daily requirements and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a practical, no-frills setup that suits us just fine. We’ve been here for quite some time now and know the area like the back of our hands.
