We are based over in Secunderabad, tucked away in a regular house converted for work. It’s a pretty standard setup for us here in Andhra Pradesh. The area around 500061 has a lot going on, and we’ve been part of the landscape for some time. Dealing with glass means we have to be careful and methodical, so our workspace is set up to handle that reality. It’s not a corporate showroom. It’s more of a place where things actually get made and handled. We have a small crew that knows the ropes. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing materials. Most of our day is spent looking at orders and making sure the glass is handled right. The humidity around here can be tough, but the work goes on regardless. Being in a residential house number makes it feel a bit more personal, like we are part of the street. We know our neighbors and they know us. We try to keep things simple. If something needs doing, we just do it. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or red tape. Just a group of people who know how to work with glass and want to get home at a decent hour. It's a local operation, and we are fine with that. No need for big speeches or complicated plans. We eat our lunch together in the small back area and talk about the news or the weather. It is a very normal way to spend a workday.
