It’s a lot of coordinating with different vendors and making sure all the paperwork for the contracts is in order. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this space in Phisal Banda where we get things done. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted for our needs. Most of the people working here have lived in Hyderabad their whole lives. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we are staying on top of our deadlines. There is always a lot of tea being drunk and a lot of talk about the current projects. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't see a need for all the extra polish, we just like to work and make sure our clients are happy with how the projects are moving.
