Gulab Impex

We're located at 22/3, Plot No 118, inside Gulab Bhavan in the Lal Bazar area. It’s an old part of town, and the streets are always narrow and full of people. Gulab Impex is a small operation, mostly focused on trading and moving goods. A few rooms here are filled with samples and files. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building where we’ve set up shop. The stairs are a bit steep, and the hallways can be dark, but it’s home for our business. Much of our time is spent on the phone or checking emails to see where shipments are. Lal Bazar is a great place if you want to be in the middle of the trade action. Shouting outside or a cart being pushed past the door is a common sound. We don't have a big mission statement. Buying things at a fair price and selling them where they’re needed is just how we work. It’s a lot of haggling and checking quality by hand. Drinking tea while we wait for news on the ports is a regular occurrence. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple life of trading. Impressing anyone with fancy brochures isn't a priority. We just do our work and go home. Dealing with different products keeps things interesting, even if the paperwork gets a bit boring sometimes during the slow weeks.
