Graduate Engineer Trainee

Our group is based at H.No: 18-463/1 in Mallikara Nagar, which is right in the Malkajgiri Post area of Hyderabad. As Graduate Engineer Trainees, our days are usually packed with learning how the different technical systems work. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps when we have to concentrate on some of the more complex calculations. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our tools and paperwork. We have a few old chairs that probably need replacing and the walls could use some fresh paint, but it works for us. Living and working in Hyderabad means there is always something going on, but our little corner in Mallikara Nagar stays fairly calm. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We are just focused on getting the training right so we don't make mistakes when we get sent out to the field. Most of the time, you will find us hunched over our desks or discussing a problem over a quick tea break. It’s a very grounded way to start a career in engineering. There are no corporate layers here, just a bunch of us trying to figure things out. We don’t have any big slogans. We just work through the tasks assigned to us and try to be useful while we are here today.
