Kalpana Paints Hw Mart

Our shop is over in Gowliguda, and if you have ever been through this area, you know it is the kind of place where you can find just about anything if you look long enough. We run Kalpana Paints Hw Mart as a straightforward hardware store. The shelves are mostly packed with tins of paint, brushes, and all sorts of small parts like screws and hammers that people need for their houses. It is often a bit dusty because of all the construction stuff, but that is normal for a hardware place. We spend a lot of time mixing colors for customers who come in with a specific idea in their head. The floor is stained with a few drops of paint from over the years, which gives the place some character. We aren't trying to be a big fancy mall; we are just a local shop where you can grab what you need and get back to work. Gowliguda is a busy spot, so there’s always a bit of a crowd outside. Inside, it’s mostly us helping people find the right size of bolt or a specific shade of blue. We keep a ledger on the counter to track things, and there’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. It is honest work, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We just keep the doors open and try to stay organized among all the cans and tools.
