Bakery S 1St Choice

Our shop is located right near the Ram Mandir, at the address 4 8 486 1. Being so close to the temple means we see a lot of people walking by every single day. Most of them are just passing through after their prayers, looking for a quick bite to eat or something small to take home to their families. We start our ovens quite early in the morning, often when it is still dark outside and the street is quiet. The kitchen area isn't very large at all, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other while moving the heavy metal trays around. There’s always a bit of a rush in the late afternoons when people are heading back home. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the actual baking. Sometimes the delivery of flour or sugar gets delayed by a day, and we have to scramble a bit to get everything done, but that is just part of running a small business like this. The counter is usually covered in a thin layer of crumbs by the end of the shift, and we spend a good amount of time cleaning up after the doors are finally closed. It is a noisy, busy place with the sound of the street and traffic coming in through the open front. We don't have any fancy decorations or marketing slogans to show off. It is just a basic bakery where we work hard and keep things going.
