We’re based out of Flat 804 in Block C of the Nagarjuna Residency, which is in Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli. Golden Key Prime Properties Llp has been operating from here for a bit now. Gachibowli is always changing, with new IT buildings and apartments popping up every month. Being in a residency makes our office feel a bit more personal. It’s not like those cold offices where nobody knows your name. We spend our days tracking property values and talking to people who want to move into the area. It can get pretty hectic. Telecom Nagar is a busy little pocket. We deal with the usual stuff like lease agreements and sale deeds. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and then a lot of driving around. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us with a cup of tea trying to organize the files. The view from the 8th floor is alright, you can see some of the city traffic. We try to be plain-spoken about everything. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. Buying or selling a place is a big deal for people, so we just try to be clear and get the details right. It’s a small team here, and we just keep the wheels turning day by day. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
