Golden Gate Properties Ltd

Our office for Golden Gate Properties Ltd is actually a house, H.No:4-68, located in the R.T.C. Colony area of Chengicherla. Being out here in the Uppal side of the R.R. District means it’s a bit quieter than the middle of the city, which we actually prefer. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time, and most of the neighbors know who we are by now. It’s not a corporate glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we sit down and get the property work done. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we’re constantly cleaning the desks, but that’s just how it is around here. The Hyderabad heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so the fan is always running on high. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people about local plots or houses. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's usually just a couple of us handling everything that comes through the door. If you’re coming from the main part of Uppal, it takes a little while to get here, but it’s easy to find once you’re in R.T.C. Colony. We keep regular hours, mostly, unless something urgent comes up. It’s a plain, honest setup and we don’t feel the need to make it look like something it isn't. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the files.
