Our office is located at 6-3-866/1/G 2 in the Greenlands area of Begumpet. It’s a part of Hyderabad that most people know well because it’s always moving and has a lot of history. At Gmr Infrastructure, we have a fairly steady routine that we stick to every day. We aren't about big flashy signs or trying to look more important than we actually are. We just have a workspace where we can focus on the technical details of the infrastructure projects we manage. The office isn't overly large or fancy, but it's enough for our team to sit down and get through the mountain of paperwork that comes with this job. Begumpet can be quite noisy with all the traffic and horns outside, but inside the office, we just focus on the tasks for the day. We have people from all sorts of backgrounds working here, which really helps when we run into a problem that needs a different perspective. We don't really follow a strict corporate handbook; we just try to be practical and solve issues as they come up. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, so communication is usually pretty informal but very frequent. We might be sitting around a desk discussing a site plan one minute and then heading out the door to check on a project the next. It’s just the way we operate. No one here is afraid to get their hands dirty or stay a bit longer if a project needs it.
