Gm Tech

Gm Tech is based over at Plot No. 3, Phaseii, Ida, in Cheralapally. It is right there in Hyderabad, and it is a busy place to be. We have been in this industrial area for a good while now, and we are pretty used to the noise of the neighboring plants. Our workshop is not the biggest, but we make it work for everything we need to do. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with suits and fancy meetings. Usually, we are just in our work clothes, trying to get the latest task finished. There is always a bit of grease or dust on everything, but that is just part of the job. We have a small table where we take our breaks and have some chai. It is a good time to just sit for a second before getting back to the machines. Cheralapally can get quite hot in the summer, so we have a few fans going all day long to keep the air moving. We are not trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to do the work and get it done right. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we are more like a small family than just coworkers. We know each other’s kids and what we did over the weekend. It is just a regular place with regular people doing their best at Plot No. 3.
