Globsmpl Private Limited is based out of Villa 51 in the Hanging Gardens area of Lanco Hills. It’s a bit different than working in a standard office building, but it works for us. We’re up here in the 500089 area of Hyderabad, which is a bit removed from the busiest parts of the city. Being in a villa means it’s pretty relaxed, though we still keep a regular schedule. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We aren't the type to have big meetings in glass boardrooms. Most of our chats happen in the kitchen or while we're sitting around the main work area. It gets a bit chaotic when we have a big deadline, but we manage. We chose this spot because it feels more like a home than a cubicle farm. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear the birds, which is a nice change from traffic noise. We handle the daily operations of the company ourselves, from answering the door to managing the accounts. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few people trying to run a business properly. We have our fair share of long days where we’re just staring at screens, but that’s the nature of the work. It’s a practical way to run things. We like the pace here. It’s steady, and it allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without too many interruptions.
