Our place is up on the first floor at Plot No 43 in Chengicherla. It’s out towards Ghatkesar, so it’s a bit of a drive for some of us every morning. Sol Green Energees Pvt. Ltd. is what we call the business. We deal with energy projects, mostly focusing on the greener side of things. The office isn't anything special. It’s got desks, some computers, and a lot of diagrams pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the field. Chengicherla is a bit quieter than the main city, which is nice. You can actually breathe here. We’ve got a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything. One day we’re looking at blueprints, the next we’re checking on equipment in the back. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We usually just have some biscuits and tea while we discuss the day's plans together. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. It’s just honest work. We try to make sure things run smoothly, even when the power goes out in the area. It’s a bit funny considering what we do. We just keep at it, day after day. Ghatkesar is developing fast, so there's always something new happening down the road. We’re just happy to have our spot at Plot No 43.
