Genpact Global Business Impact is located in Yakutpura, which is a very specific part of Hyderabad. We are in Wahed Colony, and if you have walked through these streets, you know it’s a tight-knit place. Our office at H.No: 17-2-1202/A/35 isn't some glass tower; it’s right there in the neighborhood. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps businesses running, but we do it in a way that feels very local. There is always a bit of background noise from the colony, kids playing or neighbors talking, and we kind of like that. It makes the workday feel less like a grind. We have a mix of younger people and some who have been working in this field for decades. We don't really use a lot of corporate jargon when we talk to each other. It’s mostly just "get this done" or "check that file again." Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the busiest part of our day when we all go for a break. We have our fair share of slow days and then days where everything happens at once. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes we have to search for a document for a few minutes, but we always find it. It is just a group of people in Yakutpura trying to do a decent job every day. It works for us.
