We are located at D.No:8-3-299/4 in the Yousufguda Basti area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for us. We spend our days planning out projects and looking at blueprints. The office is usually filled with papers and drawings spread out on the tables. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s where we actually do the thinking and drawing. We’ve been part of the Hyderabad planning scene for some time. Dealing with layouts and city rules can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s what we are used to. People come to us when they need to figure out how to use their space or how to get a project off the ground. We have some regular folks we work with, and we’re always seeing new faces too. The Basti area is lively, and there is always something going on outside our door. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It’s just us planners sitting down and doing the math. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. We like the work because every project is a little bit different. It’s about being practical and finding solutions that actually fit the ground reality of the city. We just take it one day at a time here.
