We are based out of Nanakramguda here in Hyderabad. It’s a busy area and we are usually out on calls most of the day. Dealing with air conditioning means we spend a lot of time in the heat, ironically enough. We fix units, look at systems, and try to keep things running for folks around the city. Hyderabad gets really hot, so there is always someone needing a hand with their cooling. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge call center. It’s just us doing the work. You might see our tools and parts lying around the shop because we are always in the middle of a job. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, which can be a bit of a pain, but we manage. We handle all sorts of AC units. Most of our days are spent driving from one place to another. We started small and we’ve stayed that way, which helps us know our customers by name. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. If something is broken, we look at it and tell you what’s wrong. It’s a living. The traffic in Nanakramguda can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’ve learned the shortcuts. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't always easy but we get through the daily list of repairs.
