Our place is right opposite the City College Gate in Ghansi Bazar. The address is No. 22-6-55/6, and it’s a spot that’s always full of life. You see students rushing to class every morning while we are opening up. Being an agency means we handle a lot of different things, mostly involving forms and helping people get their documents in order. The office is small and usually has stacks of folders on every available surface. We have a few ceiling fans that click while they spin, which is the soundtrack to our workday. The gate across the street is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the door propped open for a bit of a breeze. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign while heading to the college. We’ve been in Ghansi Bazar for a good while now. The desk is cluttered with pens and stamps that we use all the time. Sometimes we spend more time chatting with the regulars than actually working, but that’s the way a local agency should be. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and for the people who live and study around here. We just take one day at a time.
