Our place, GARG DISTRIBUTORS PVT LTD, is based in Kukatpally, right in the heart of Hyderabad. If you know this area, you know how busy the traffic gets on the main roads, but we’ve managed to find our rhythm here. We handle distribution, which mostly means a lot of boxes, inventory lists, and making sure the trucks are loaded on time. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s what we do. The office is usually a bit cluttered with paperwork and half-empty tea cups, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Most of the time, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and Kukatpally has changed so much since we first started, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We start early, check the stock, and try to get everything out before the evening traffic really kicks in. It gets quite loud with all the horns honking outside, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We don’t really have a big marketing plan or anything. Most of our connections are just local folks we’ve known for years. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to keep things moving and stay organized enough to not lose track of the orders. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone right away if we're in the back, but we eventually get to it.
