The Sai Mitra Enclave is easy to find if you know Tarnaka. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of old files that probably should have been archived years ago. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon, so we have to keep the blinds pulled down. It gets a bit warm inside, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules. We just know what needs to be done each day. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually just park our scooters wherever there is a gap. It’s a very local feel, and we like it that way. No one is trying to impress anyone else. We just do the work and try to stay on top of the piles of documents that grow on our desks every week.
