Ganesh Ind. is tucked away over here in Kacheguda. Our address is 3-2-19A in Nimboliadda, which is a busy enough part of town. We’ve been running this small unit for years. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial setup with the usual tools and benches. Most of the people working here have been with us since the start. We handle a lot of small-scale manufacturing and parts work. You won’t find any glossy brochures or sales teams in our building. Usually, customers just drop by the shop when they need something specific. It’s often loud because of the machinery, but we’re used to it by now. The area around Nimboliadda is always crowded, so getting stuff in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just focus on the task at hand. If a machine breaks or someone needs a custom piece, we figure it out. It’s honest work. The walls are a bit stained from the oil and the floor is concrete, but it works for what we do. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure things are moving along. It’s just how we operate. We like staying local and knowing the folks who come through our doors. There is no corporate ladder here, just people getting their hands dirty and finishing the job.
