Our clinic is located at No. 8-52/3 on Road No. 2 in Vidhyuth Nagar. It’s a straightforward medical spot in the DSNr area. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, serving the people who live in the surrounding streets. It’s not a fancy place with high-tech gadgets in every corner, but we have what’s needed to take care of common health problems. Most of our days are spent seeing people who have the flu, minor injuries, or just need a regular checkup to make sure everything is fine. The waiting area is simple, with some old magazines and enough seating for a handful of people. We try to keep the atmosphere calm because we know nobody really likes going to the doctor. The staff here is small, and we all pitch in with different tasks, from answering the phone to filing paperwork. You’ll find that we talk to our patients in plain English, explaining things without using a lot of medical jargon that nobody understands anyway. It’s just a local clinic where we focus on the people coming through the door. Road No. 2 can get a bit busy during the afternoons, but inside it’s usually just the sound of the fan and quiet conversation. We’re here to help the Vidhyuth Nagar community with their basic health needs. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs, just a name on the door and a commitment to showing up every day for the people who rely on us. Sometimes the power goes out, but we make it work.
