Sri Laxmi Fastners

We are based out of Plot No 101 in the Co Operative Industrial Estate in Gandhinagar. Sri Laxmi Fastners is basically a place where we make and sell the small things that hold everything else together. It is a noisy environment most of the time because of the machinery we use to get the fasteners right. You will see buckets of bolts and screws everywhere you look. It is not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always a bit of oil or metal shavings on the floor, but that is just how it is in this line of work. We have been here for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners in the estate. We share a tea sometimes and talk about how the business is going. Our team is small, just a few people who know how to run the machines and check how the threads look. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people need fasteners that do not break. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing them, which can be frustrating, but we always get back on track. It is a simple business, really. We make the parts, we check them, and we send them out to the people who need them. It is just everyday work for us.
