Attitude Packaging ( P ) Ltd. is found at Plot No. 59, Sy. No. 342 in the Aleap Indl Estate, Gajularamaram. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming and going all day long. We focus on packaging materials which means our space is always full of boxes, tape, and wrappers. It can get a bit overwhelming when the machines are all running at once because of the noise. The estate at Gajularamaram is a bit of a drive for some people but it’s the right place for a business like ours. We have enough room to store the bulk supplies we need. The office is just a small corner of the warehouse with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. We don't try to look more important than we are. We just make sure the packaging is ready when it needs to be. The staff here is mostly local people who know how to handle the equipment. We have lunch together and talk about regular things. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we make stuff. We use the Sy. No. 342 land to its full extent. The gate is usually open during work hours so people can just walk in and talk to us. We stay busy and keep the machines moving.
