Our place is located at Flot No -276 in the Shiva Ganga Hills Colony. This part of Meerpet is a bit hilly, as the name says, and it’s a nice enough area for a small industry like ours. We are situated near Aharm Reddy in the Saroornagar area. Most days are spent with the machines running, creating a steady hum that fills the workshop. We’ve been here in district 500097 for a while, and the neighborhood has grown up around us. We make various small industrial parts and it’s a process that takes a lot of attention. The floor is usually covered in little bits of metal or plastic depending on what we are running that day. We have a small crew and we all know our roles pretty well. It’s not a high-tech factory with robots; it’s mostly just us and the manual machines that we’ve been using for years. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it, which is frustrating but just part of the routine. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and try to get most of the heavy work done by noon. It’s a regular life of making things and shipping them out to those who need them. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the machines and the orders we have to fill.
