Pragati Udyog

The place is located at 7 4 117/1/1/A in the Maniklal Industrial Estate. It’s right in the middle of Gaganpahad Rajendranagar, which is always crawling with activity. Pragati Udyog isn't a huge place, just a decent-sized unit where we manage our operations. You can hear the hum of the industrial estate from pretty far away. Most days start early, before the sun gets too high, because the metal roof makes the place feel like an oven by noon. We’ve got some old desks in the front and the main work area in the back. The floors are concrete and have some cracks from years of moving heavy equipment around. We don't really do much decorating; we just have some calendars on the wall and a few fans to keep the air moving. It’s a practical spot for what we do. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main road. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to get here. We see the same delivery drivers every week, and they usually stop for a quick chat. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a front desk person. If someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just goes to see what they need. That’s how we’ve always done it at this address in Rajendranagar.
