Talent Sprint

We are situated over in Block A on the IIIT Campus in Gachibowli. It’s a pretty active environment being on a campus like this. Talent Sprint is what we call ourselves. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. The atmosphere here is usually quite focused. We have a lot of desks and computers, and there is always something going on. Being in Gachibowli means we are surrounded by a lot of tech and education-related activity. It’s a good place for us to be. We don't really do much in the way of flashy advertising. Most people find us through the work we do or because they are already part of the campus community. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s built for work. We have meetings, we run programs, and we try to stay organized. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when we have a lot of people coming through at once, but we manage. We aren’t a typical corporate office with a lot of hierarchy. We just work together to get things done. Some of us have been here since the start, while others joined more recently. We just try to provide a space where people can learn and move forward. It’s a practical setup, and it works for us. We just keep our focus on the daily tasks and go from there. It's not about being the biggest, just about doing things right.
