Our office is over in Domalguda, Hyderabad, specifically in the New SBH Colony. The house number is 1-2-234/45. It’s a proper residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a home office setup. Fusion India Project Management Company is run by a few of us who have been in this industry for quite some time. We have a few desks set up in the main rooms and the kitchen is always full of empty tea cups. Hyderabad can get really hot, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of shouting across the room about various project updates. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just know how we like things done and we stick to that. It’s a busy place, but we try to keep it friendly. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog starts barking during our meetings, but we just laugh it off. We’ve got stacks of paper that we really should file away better, but we always seem to have something more urgent to do. Being in Domalguda is great because we are central enough to get anywhere in the city quite quickly. We don't do much in the way of marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign on the gate.
