We are mostly focused on helping people get their own solar setups running. It involves a lot of site visits and looking at how much sun a roof gets. Our team spends time talking to homeowners and small business owners about their electricity bills. It’s a lot of explaining how the systems work and what the installation process looks like. We have technicians who go out and handle the actual mounting and wiring. Back in the office, we handle the paperwork and the monitoring of the systems already in place. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the right panels and inverters show up at the right house at the right time. Things can get a bit hectic during the peak season when everyone decides they want solar at once. We aren’t some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re a service team that knows how to handle the local weather and the local grid. Sometimes we have to deal with weird roof shapes or old wiring that makes things complicated. We just figure it out as we go. There’s always a solution if you look hard enough. Most days are just spent answering questions and checking on our crews in the field. It’s honest work and it keeps us moving. We’ve seen all kinds of houses and setups by now and we just keep going.
