Fpt Teaming Solutions Llp is located in Gachibowli, specifically at A 103 in The Fountainhead. Gachibowli is usually known for big tech towers and glass buildings, but our spot feels a bit more grounded than that. We work on teaming solutions, which basically means we spend our days figuring out how to get people working together better on their projects. The office is one of those modern spaces, but we’ve made it our own with a lot of coffee mugs and stacks of paper everywhere. It’s not perfectly neat. We have a few common tables where we sit and talk through ideas together. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work through things. The Fountainhead is a well-known building in the area, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We don't have a dress code or anything formal like that. Most days, it’s just us in jeans, looking at project boards and trying to solve puzzles. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We have some plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them during busy weeks. It’s a real office with real people doing work that sometimes gets complicated. We don't try to make it sound better than it is. We just show up at A 103 and get things moving for our projects. If the coffee is hot, it’s a good day for everyone.
