Foundation For Effective Learning Techniques (Felt)

We've been at L. G. Plaza in Tolichoki for a while now. It’s the ground floor spot, right near Abrar Mosque and just behind Relief Hospital in Virasath Nagar. People usually find us easily because we're tucked in that busy part of Hyderabad. The Foundation For Effective Learning Techniques, or Felt as most folks call it, is where we spend our days working on different ways to help students get through their lessons. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls. It's just a practical space where we sit down and look at how people learn. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy with all the traffic heading toward the mosque, but inside it’s mostly just us focused on the work. We started this because we saw that the old ways of teaching weren't always sticking. Now, we just take it one day at a time. The team here is small. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to make things clearer for the kids who come in. There is no big corporate ladder here. If you walk in, you'll probably see a couple of us at the desks near the entrance. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up when it gets busy. Being in Hyderabad, we see all kinds of people. It’s a good spot to be, right in the middle of everything in Tolichoki. We just keep doing what we do.
