We’re based out in the Nacharam Industrial Development Area, specifically on Plot A-19/2 and T-4/2. It’s a large industrial patch in Hyderabad where the roads are wide but the sun is very hot. Forbes Marshall (Hyd) Pvt. Ltd. has a decent amount of space here to get the work done. It’s an industrial setup, so you won’t find any carpets or fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly concrete floors, heavy machinery, and people in work clothes. The day starts with the sound of the gates opening and the first trucks pulling in. We have our offices on-site, but we spend a lot of time out where the actual work is happening. It can get pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up in the dry season. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We usually just huddle up near one of the machines or in the small canteen to talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. There’s a certain rhythm to the place that you only get in an industrial area like Nacharam. We just focus on keeping things running smoothly and making sure everyone knows their job for the day. It’s a straightforward environment without any fluff. We go about our business, look after our equipment, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s simple, steady work and that is enough for us.
