Foir Way Construction Mumbai

We are based inside Kaman Mohd Shukoor, right near Fateh Darwaza in Hyderabad. Even though the company name says Mumbai, this is where we actually do our daily work. Our office is in an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and it can get pretty loud outside with all the local trade going on. We handle construction projects. Most of our time is spent looking at site plans or talking to the guys out in the field. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials show up and that the walls are going up straight. The office is pretty simple, just a place for us to keep our maps and ledger books. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the building trade well. Living and working around Fateh Darwaza means we are part of the local community here. We see the same people every day. Construction is a messy business with plenty of delays and unexpected problems with the weather or the ground. We just try to handle things as they come up. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper and a lot of talking on the phone to suppliers. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes in this neighborhood. We just focus on the bricks and mortar.
