Focus Rocbit Pvt. Ltd. is based right here in Punjagutta. We’ve been at M.C.H..355 in Hindinagar for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us handling orders for rock bits and drilling parts. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep track of inventory and talk to customers on the phone. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets pretty loud, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking the specs on the bits because that's what people need from us. It gets busy in the afternoons when the shipments come in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. There are a few of us working here, mostly local folks who know the area well. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner when we take a break. It's a straightforward operation. People come by to pick up parts or just to ask about what we have in stock. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to update the records. It's more about the physical work and making sure the right boxes go to the right places. The building has been here for years, and we've just sort of settled into the routine of it all. It’s a decent place to work, even when the fans are barely keeping up with the heat in Hindinagar. We just keep doing what we do every day.
