Pratik Enterprises

We are located on the ground floor at 15-8-511 in Feelkhana. Being on the ground floor makes it a bit easier for moving stuff in and out, which we do a lot of at Pratik Enterprises. This part of Hyderabad is always buzzing. You can hear the voices and the traffic from outside all day long. It’s a busy life here. We’ve got shelves lining the walls, mostly filled with whatever we’re dealing with that month. Sometimes it gets a little disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we sort it out eventually. My cousin helps me out with the orders. We don't use any fancy software, just some old notebooks and a decent memory for what’s in stock. The lighting isn't great in the back, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a lot of visitors who aren't regular customers. Most people come because they’ve been coming here for years. We like it that way. It’s more relaxed. You don't have to put on a show for anyone. We just open up, drink our morning chai, and start going through the list of things to do. Sometimes we close early if there’s a festival or something going on in the family. It’s a local business, run by local people who just want to do their jobs and go home to their families. No corporate talk, just us at the shop in Feelkhana.
