We are Fawaz Refrigeration And Air Conditioning Co, and we work out of Hyderabad. Being in a city like this, we stay busy because the heat never really seems to let up for long. Our focus is mostly on fixing air conditioners and keeping refrigerators running. It’s a hands-on job and we spend most of our time covered in grease or dust. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. Our place is more of a workshop filled with copper pipes, gas cans, and old compressors. We’ve been doing this in India for a long time now. People usually call us when their cooling stops working, and we try to get there as fast as we can. It can get pretty hectic during the peak of summer when everyone is struggling with the temperature. We don't spend much on advertising or anything fancy. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. The shop might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where every tool is. It’s just a small local team trying to do a good job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad, just the one that gets the machines working again. It is hard work, but it keeps us going day after day. We just stay focused on the repairs.
