We are based over at 10 11 171 in Valmiki Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are usually surrounded by various metal parts, cables, and toolboxes. Being in the lift engineering business means we aren't always in the office; a lot of the time we are out at different buildings fixing elevators or checking on motors. But when we are at the shop in Valmiki Nagar, we are usually busy organizing the spare parts or talking about a job that needs doing. The space is practical, filled with the smell of grease and the sound of tools hitting the workbench. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us have some oil on our shirts by lunch time. We started this because we know how things work and we like fixing stuff that breaks down. Sometimes the phone rings constantly with people worried about their lifts, and other days it is a bit quieter so we can catch up on our inventory. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around the neighborhood because we’ve been here for a bit. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, grab the gear we need for the day, and head out to wherever the work takes us. It can be tiring, especially when you have to climb stairs when a lift is actually broken.
