Sri Balaji Industry

Sri Balaji Industry is located at 3-65/1 in Fathenagar. Being in Hyderabad-018 means we are right in the thick of a very busy neighborhood. There is always noise coming from the street, and people are always moving around outside. Our building is tucked away a bit, but we’ve made it our home for a long time. It’s a practical space with high ceilings and some old shelves. We have our machinery set up in a way that makes sense for the flow of work. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a working shop, so that is expected. We have some old posters on the walls and a few mismatched chairs for when someone needs to sit down for a minute. The morning commute can be a bit of a headache with the Hyderabad traffic, but once we get inside and close the gate, we focus on the tasks at hand. We see the same people passing by every day. The tea seller near the gate knows exactly how we like our chai in the afternoon. It feels like a real community here even if it is noisy. We don't have any corporate manuals or big meetings. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent, and other times we finish early if the power is acting up or it's a holiday. It is just the reality of running a shop in Fathenagar.
