The road can be a mess sometimes with the rain or the construction. We focus on making dies and various kinds of tools. It is the kind of work that requires you to pay attention to small details. If a die is off by a little bit, the whole thing is ruined. We spend a lot of hours sitting at the benches or standing by the lathes. It is not a clean job. There are metal shavings everywhere by the end of the day. We try to sweep up but more always appears the next morning. Our shop isn't big. It is just enough space for us and the equipment. We don't have a big corporate office in the front. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to find us in the back with the machines. We have been here for a long time.
