We have been running things from Sector-43-B in Chandigarh for a while now. It started small, just helping out with building stuff around the neighborhood. Most days we are busy dealing with repairs, looking after properties, and making sure the lights stay on. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes we’re stuck on a roof or fixing a leaky pipe in the middle of a hot afternoon. Our office isn't fancy, just a practical space where we coordinate where everyone needs to go. We know the streets of Chandigarh well. If someone has a problem with their facility, they usually just give us a call. We try to get there when we say we will. We have a small crew and they have been with us for years. They know how to handle tools and they don't complain much about the long hours. Building work is mostly about just showing up and doing the job right so it doesn't break again next week. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth keeps us busy enough. People around here know where to find us if a wall needs fixing or the maintenance schedule gets behind. It’s honest work and it keeps the city running. That's really all there is to it. We keep our tools ready in the back of the truck and head out early every morning to see what needs doing next. We spend our Saturdays cleaning up the workshop or sorting through the inventory. It is a lot of physical labor that most people don't see. We just want to keep the local buildings in good shape for the folks who live there.
