You can find us on King Koti Road, right across from Shergate. Shop No 5-9-1110/2/1 is where we keep our office. It’s a busy street, so you’ve probably passed it if you live nearby. We handle a lot of different tours, but mostly it's just helping people get from point A to point B without a headache. The name sounds big, but we are just a local team working out of this shop. We spend most of our mornings checking routes and confirming bookings. King Koti is a nice part of Hyderabad, even with all the noise. We have a lot of walk-ins because of the location. Someone will be out for groceries and stop in to ask about a flight or a bus to another city. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just look at the screen and tell them what’s available. Sometimes we have to explain why a certain route is closed or why the price went up overnight. That’s just the travel business for you. We’ve been at this for several years now. The office isn't very large, but we keep it organized. We like being part of the community here. It’s nice seeing the same faces come back when they have another trip planned. We just focus on getting the details right so nobody ends up stranded somewhere they don't want to be.
