Exel India Pvt Ltd. Ranigunj is where we are, right in TSK Chambers on the first floor. If you know MG Road, you know how it gets during the day. It’s always crowded and there’s always something happening. We spend most of our time inside these four walls. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now. You have to walk up the stairs since it’s just the first floor. Sometimes the hallway is a bit dark if the bulb is out. We do our work here every day from morning until the sun goes down. It’s mostly just us handling the usual business stuff. You can hear the sounds from the market outside all day long. It’s a busy area so there’s no peace and quiet. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The furniture is a bit old but it does the job. We don’t really have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door. It’s a practical place for practical work. Most people who come here are regulars. We don’t try to make it look like something it isn’t. It’s just our workspace in the middle of a very noisy part of the city. We like being near the center of things even if the traffic is a mess. We know the tea seller downstairs and the other shop owners. It is just how life is here.
