Eswaraiah & Co

Eswaraiah & Co has been running out of Intech Residency for a while now. We are up on the third floor, specifically Flat 304. Most people know the building because it’s right opposite Santnirankari Bhavan here in Khairatabad. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, especially during the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We spend most of our day tucked away in the office handling paperwork and files. It’s not a fancy place, just a standard office setup where we get things done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we grab a quick break when things get hectic. Being in Khairatabad means we are pretty central, which helps since most people know the way to this landmark. We don’t really do much advertising; most folks just find us by the address or through someone they know. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans humming and the occasional traffic noise from the street below. We keep a regular schedule, starting early and staying until the work is finished for the day. It’s a quiet life of routine here at Intech Residency. We try to keep our desks organized, but with so many documents coming in, it’s a constant battle. That’s just how it is in this line of work.
