If you're looking for us, we're right near the Royal Garden Function Hall in Moti Nagar, over in the Erragadda area. It’s a busy spot, especially on weekends when there are weddings and parties at the hall. Our address is 8-4-368/B, but most people just look for the big gates of the function hall to find the lane. We’ve been set up here for several years. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful with how we stack our supplies. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment arrives. We have a few desks in the front and the rest is just storage and workspace. My brother and I run the daily operations, along with a couple of guys who help with the deliveries. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. We don't use a lot of fancy software or anything. A lot of our customers are locals who have been coming to us since we first opened. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. People come in, tell us what they need, and we see if we can get it for them. Sometimes the traffic in Erragadda makes it hard for people to reach us, but we stay open late to make sure everyone is taken care of. It’s a steady life, and we like being part of this neighborhood.
