Era Building Systems

We set up Era Building Systems here in Kalyan Nagar, Hyderabad, a few years back. It’s a decent area and fits what we do quite well. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, but we have a dedicated group of people who know their way around building structures. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of technical discussions about steel, concrete, and how everything fits together on a site. Hyderabad is growing so fast, so there is always some new project to look at or a problem to solve. Our office is pretty simple. We have the usual desks and a small area where we can look at big prints of building designs. It’s not always perfectly tidy, especially when we’re in the middle of a big job. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure we have the right parts for whatever we're building. Sometimes the heat in Hyderabad makes the site visits tough, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just take each project as it comes and try to figure out the best way to get it finished. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty, but we like seeing things get built. People in Kalyan Nagar are friendly, and we’ve found a good rhythm working from this part of town.
