If you come looking for us in Manikonda, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of dust. Enrich Decor Interiors isn't a place where people sit around in suits. We are usually out at a site, measuring walls or checking if the cabinets are level. Manikonda is growing so fast, with new buildings popping up everywhere, so we stay pretty busy moving from one project to the next. Our day involves a lot of carrying samples of laminate and looking at different shades of paint under different lights. Sometimes a delivery is late or a piece of wood is warped, and we have to figure out how to fix it on the fly. It’s not always pretty work; there’s a lot of sawing, drilling, and cleaning up sawdust at the end of the shift. We talk to carpenters and painters all day long to make sure everything is moving along. We don’t have a big corporate setup; it’s just us trying to make these rooms look like someone could actually live in them. We spend a lot of time on our phones, sending photos of progress to owners and making sure we didn't forget a specific door handle or a light fixture. It’s a lot of running around, but it’s what we do. We just try to get the work finished so the owners can finally move into their new homes without any more delays.
